Your price follows how many residents are actually using Kompound in your estate. A small compound pays a small fee, and larger communities get a better rate per resident. You are never quoted a number that ignores who you are.

Residents are never charged to belong to the estate. They only ever pay for something they have chosen to buy.

We would rather tell you this now than at signing. There are only two things that are not covered by your subscription.
- Gate hardwareBoom barriers and terminals are quoted separately, after we have surveyed your entrances. Plenty of estates start on software alone and add hardware later.
- What residents choose to spendIf a resident books a professional or buys airtime through the app, that is their own purchase. It never touches the estate account.

Getting your estate onto Kompound costs nothing. We load your houses and residents, set up your dues and train your people as part of the service.
